3. How to Start a Return

The return process is simple and straightforward:

2. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
3. Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping address.
4. Ship the remaining product (even if the bottles are empty) back to us.

4. Processing Time

Once we receive your return, please allow 5-10 business days for our warehouse to process the shipment. Once processed, your refund will be credited back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

5. Damaged or Defective Goods
